Not use the service for unauthorized purposes

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of documents you upload. Mailroom Agent retains ownership of the service, software, and related intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to process your documents as needed to provide the service.

Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailroom Agent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law.
